Tenancy

  • Minimum term of the Rental Agreement for an apartment – 1 year.

Handing over of a rented apartment

At the time of the apartment transfer act, you must have an identity document with you.

Leaseholders

  • The lease agreement indicates all the people who will live in this apartment.
  • It is forbidden to sublease the apartment.

The Deposit

  • The deposit is equal to the rent for 2 months.
